Monday morning, I cooked some eggless pancakes which did not come out right.  I then tried making them thinner as crepes and use tofu as a filler. The filler was good but the crepes were not. It seems that I just love torture. I am trying to beat my best performance. Initially, I have done 715 steps in 12 minutes. I would like to get to 715 steps in 7 minutes. Today, I did 720 steps in 11 minutes 5 seconds. This is a 100 calorie burning exercise. I have got to put a pep in my step though, if I want to achieve that goal.

Needless to say, when my mom woke me up at 6:45 am  to go for a walk, I pleaded for an extra hour. I eventually made it to our walking trail at 9:30 am and yes, I did walk for an hour. By the way, my parents and my children accompanied me today. That was encouraging.
I ate about 1250 calories today. For supper I just went for a banana, an apple, and a Lipton Green Tea. I felt good. I took a day off from exercise which means that I must exercise from Monday to Friday to meet my 6 days a week goal. I will also try to incorporate weight lifting for toning.

The kids rode their bikes while my husband and I walked. It was about an hour long walk.  It felt good to be outdoors although it was hot. So, I did meet my exercise goal.
